Question Which size suits for which age?
Answer

The Small size was designed for kids from 8 months to 4 years old, the Standard is for 2-6 years kids and the Large one was created for children from 2 to 8 years old.

Question I see that I wrote the wrong address. What should I do?

Question How long do you prepare the order?
Answer

We need 1-3 business days to produce Arch, Triangle and a Ramp in color Natural wood; and 5-9 business days to prepare a Chair, Balance Board, sets in color (triangle, arch and ramp) and Scandinavian collection. On average your order is ready to ship in a week.

Please note that we don’t work on weekends.

Also please remember that production and delivery are two different processes and have their own terms.

Question How long should I wait till the parcel comes?
Answer

It takes at least 8-18 business days to deliver your package in business days.

Question Do you give any guarantees that I’ll get my order?
Answer

We are fully responsible for our products and delivery. In case of damage during delivery or loss of the package, we will send you a new product for free.
Therefore, there is no cause for concern.

Question Do you provide a warranty?
Answer

We provide a 2-year manufacturing warranty for each of our products. If the product has any fractures or damages that have appeared during usage and it is connected to the quality of manufacturing or materials we will replace it.Therefore, there is no cause for concern.

Question Do you have any returns or exchanges?
Answer

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days after receiving the parcel. In case the order is at the proper state but you still want to return it, all delivery cost lies with customer.

In case you want to return because of damage of the items, we will send you a new product for free.

Question Can you customize my order?
Answer

We don’t customize the order. However, you can choose any color available on our shop.Therefore, there is no cause for concern.

Question Do you have a wholesale and dropshipping offer?

Question How can I place an order?
Answer

Add items you want to buy to the cart clicking the “add to cart” button. Then find a check out page on the right top of the page. Choose the payment option, fill in the details. Select the shipping service and pay for the order.

Question Do you provide international shipping?

No, we did not provide free shipping worldwide.

Question Are Disney Wood toys safe for my child?
Answer

Yes. All our products have CE and CPC certificates.

Question Are your products suitable for outdoor use?
Answer

Our products are covered with linen oil and beeswax, which allows you to use disneywood toys outside. If you would like to use it outdoors, please be aware of weather conditions like sun, rain, and others that can make usage time shorter, so it is only up to where you would like to use your product.
