Refund & Returns Policy

At Disney Wood, we are committed to providing high-quality kids’ activity products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.

1. Eligibility for Refund & Return:

You may be eligible for a refund or return if you meet one of the following criteria:

  • You received a damaged or defective product.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • You are not satisfied with the quality of the product.
  • Refund and return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

2. Conditions for Refund & Return:

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
  • For damaged or defective products, photographic or video evidence may be requested.

3. Process for Refund & Return:

  • To request a refund or return, please contact our customer service team at info@disneywood.com with your order details and reason for the request.
  • Our customer service team will review your request and provide further instructions, which may include returning the product to us.
  • Once we receive and verify the returned product, we will process the refund within 10 working days.
  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

4. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items are not eligible for a refund or return, including:

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Clearance or sale items.
  • Products that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.
  • Assembled outdoor products.

5. Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we shipped the wrong product or the product arrived damaged or defective.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified by Disney Wood.

6. Exchange Policy:

  • In some cases, we may offer an exchange instead of a refund. Please contact our customer service team for more information.

7. Warranty & Maintenance:

  • We offer a 6-month manufacturing warranty on wooden structures for indoor products.
  • A 10-day warranty is available for slide replacements. After 10 days, a replacement fee will apply based on the model.
  • Acts of nature (such as storms, floods, earthquakes) are not covered under the warranty.
  • Regular maintenance is required for all wooden structures. Maintenance services may be provided for an additional cost.

8. Cancellation Policy:

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
